Description of Service
Guthub provides an integrated development platform including project management, AI-powered code assistance, and automated documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code and content. By using Guthub, you grant us a limited license to process your code solely to provide our services. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Guthub for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the platform.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
Guthub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
